Discharge Process
Cash Patients
- Once the patient is fit, the admitting doctor will advise the discharge.
- E-Discharge summary would be prepared
- The duty nurse will prepare the patient for discharge and collect any medicines for refund.
- Discharge Medications would be provided to the patient
- The bill will be prepared and the patient's attendants will be asked to check and settle all dues.
- The nurse will explain the discharge and medication advice, with special reference to follow-up and emergency situations.
- E-signed Discharge Summary will be provided to the patient.
- Typically, the entire discharge process takes around 3 hours to complete.
Insurance Patients

- The bill will be prepared by the insurance desk.
- Discharge Medications could be collected from the OP pharmacy by the attendant
- The nurse will explain the discharge and medication advice, with special reference to follow-up and emergency situations.
- E-signed Discharge Summary will be provided to the patient.
- Typically, the entire discharge process takes around 4 hours to complete.
